Stratigraphy/Relative chronology:
I1-4 2.00-2.90 m in depth - Gumelnita A2, four house levels
II5-6, 1-2 m - Gumelnita B1; 0.50 -1 m - Late Salcuta;
0.00-0.40 m: sherds of Cernavoda III, Glina, Cotofeni, Verbicioara and later periods.
Burials: 9 graves discovered at different depths.

Summary: The Glina Culture, the most expressive cultural manifestation of the Early Bronze Age in southern Romania was relatively poor
in idols, either zoomorphic of anthropomorphic ones. The objects of that category had been exclusively modelled out of clay, in semi-
coarse or fine paste.
