It was a nice event. Recently, smiles on the faces of archaeologists have been seen
rarely. But at Stanford there were many faces with the smiles of optimist of coming fresh
air and global changes in our profession.
Thanks to organizers and hosts! I left Stanford really happy and with heart full with
optimism for the future of archaeology. (Lolita Nikolova)

Thank you Professor Hodder for the remarkable event!
Professor Kristiansen, the founder of the European Association of Archaeologists, shared the enjoyment of the meeting with us.

I could not attend all sessions, so some of the participants like Professor Knapp
and Professor Cherry I was able to meet during the breaks only.
Next year we will be hosted by the Brown University!

Michael Shanks had gradually occupied
the social space of TAG 2 in Stanford
(link to the program). A participant
especially thanked him for his excellent
performance sharing the common
opinion. He is also the new favorite of
the International Institute of Anthropology.
The exhibit was a very essential
complimentary event during the
Meeting.
